We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. You are sharing information with us alone, unless we specifically state otherwise below:

-our analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website. We currently use Google Analytics and their privacy policy is available online;
-third party suppliers who enable us to carry out our services to you. Personal data is only provided when necessary, for example a recovery company collecting a vehicle from your home address;
-third party secure servers who may store your data as part of the services they carry out on our behalf;
-you give us explicit consent to share your personal data with another company or body.
As our requirements change, we may need to change the third parties that process your personal data to meet those requirements.

-To occasionally inform you of relevant information to motorists such as news, developments or changing laws. If you do not wish to receive these updates please use the unsubscribe/opt out link included in the message;
-To manage a sweepstake or competition you have entered;
-We may aggregate non-personal information such a referrer URL and activities on our website to understand how users engage with our products;
-To comply with our legal obligations.

From time to time we may update this policy. When any changes are made the policy will be updated on our website.
Retention of your personal data
We will only retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes or enforce our terms and conditions. Therefore we may also keep hold of some of your information even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide services to you.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00).
You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes at any time.
